The Guest Services department at our Chicago hotel is made up of specially trained agents who will attend to your every need and will do whatever it takes to accomplish your wishes. It functions as a centralized call center and is the real heart of the hotel.

Guest Services can assist you with all of your requests or questions such as room service orders, housekeeping requests, concierge requests, restaurant reservations, wake-up calls, or anything else you may need during your stay. If something is not available we will be happy to get it for you. The person you speak with initially will stay with you until you are completely satisfied.
